Immigration Fees
We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). In accordance with the SRA Transparency Rules, we are required to provide price and timing information regarding the preparation and submission of certain types of immigration applications.

Fees
We will ordinarily charge you agreed fixed fee for our professional immigration services in relation to the following applications (The agreed fee will depend on the complexity of your matter and the amount of work involved). It is important to note that all applications are likely to vary according to individual circumstances and the complexities involved in a matter. Therefore, we can provide you with a more accurate fee once we have more information about your specific case.
In some cases, we charge using our hourly rates which range from £150 to £400 plus VAT at 20%.The fees do not include the cost of any appeals or administrative reviews.Please note that all fixed fees quoted below are exclusive of VAT.
VAT is charged at 20% and will be applicable depending on your specific circumstances.

We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office / Visa Centre will take to process your application. Please refer to the current processing times on the Home Office Website.

Disbursements
You can expect the main disbursements to include:

Services included
The key stages of a typical application are as follows. Please note that your application may vary from the below:
Taking your initial instructions and receiving a full background of your immigration requirements.
Discuss your circumstances in detail and confirm the most appropriate visa/citizenship application for you and advise on whether you meet the requirements of the route.
Advising you on the document requirements of the route and information required.
Reviewing all application documents.
Drafting your online or paper application form;
Preparing your application for submission to the Home Office including booking your appointment to submit your biometrics and application bundle. All applications will be submitted with a letter of representation detailing how you meet the requirements for a visa to be granted to you;
Providing you with instructions and assistance to submit your biometrics and application;
Assisting you to prepare for an interview with the Home Office, should it be required; and
Receiving the decision of your application from the Home Office and providing you with instructions for complying with your immigration conditions.

Our fees typically range between the following prices depending on whether the application is an initial grant, extension or application for ILR. Please note the following fees do not include dependents fees which range between £1,000 – £3,000 (excluding VAT).
